Terms and Conditions for Adult Tennis Match Play:
By signing up for Adult Tennis Match Play at Five Star Tennis, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Financial Responsibility:
- Players are responsible for paying any costs and/or fees associated with their match play before the scheduled match.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Players can cancel a match with no charge up to 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the match will result in the club charging the account or credit card on file for the full cost of the match.
- Credit Card Requirement:
- Players must have a valid credit card on file with the club.
- Behavior Expectations:
- Players are expected to adhere to tennis rules and exhibit a competitive yet friendly and respectful demeanor during match play.
- Personal Equipment:
- Players should bring their own racquet, gear, water, etc., as the club only provides court time and balls.
- Level of Play:
- Players are expected to participate within their skill level, and any changes in their USTA rating should be promptly communicated to the club.
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in consequences, including but not limited to, forfeiture of match play privileges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
