Front Desk Staff:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests with check-ins and registrations.
- Promote club programs, events, and memberships.
- Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks and special projects.
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all club members and guests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Knowledge of tennis and familiarity with tennis club operations is a plus.
Tennis Pro:
Join Five Star Tennis Center!
As a Tennis Pro, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis instruction and coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. You will conduct private and group lessons, focusing on technique, strategy, and overall skill development. Additionally, you will assist in organizing and executing tennis events, match play, and leagues, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for participants. Our core value is that ‘Every player deserves the same level of attention and care, regardless of their skill level.’ Therefore, your passion for the sport and dedication to helping players improve will be instrumental in creating a vibrant tennis community at our center.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct private and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and skill levels.
- Provide feedback and instruction on technique, footwork, strategy, and mental aspects of the game.
- Organize and lead tennis drills, match play, and camps.
- Assist with the development and implementation of tennis programs and curriculum.
- Oversee and interact with tennis events, tournaments, and leagues.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all players.
- Stay up-to-date on tennis trends, techniques, and teaching methods.
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with members and guests.
- Assist with pro shop sales and equipment recommendations.
Requirements:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of tennis equipment, stringing, and maintenance is a plus.
